Fresh apples need to be washed, core removed and cut into pieces.
Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add sugar. Add lemon juice, stir and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
After this time, throw apples into the container – fresh and dried, cinnamon and cloves, and then wait for the future compote to boil.
When you see bubbles on the surface of the water, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
