- 1-2 carrots;
- a couple of celery stalks;
- a handful of walnuts;
- half a lemon;
- a clove of garlic;
- half an apple;
- a little mustard, unrefined olive oil, apple cider vinegar, horseradish and salt with sugar;
- a few sprigs of dill.
Peel the carrots, wash, dry and grate. Any shape will do. Then pour a small amount of apple cider vinegar, mix, lightly crush and wait for about 15 minutes.
Chop the celery and garlic with a knife. Chop the dill. Peel the apples, cut into cubes, and pour over a small amount of lemon juice.
Grind the nuts in any convenient way.
Place carrots, apples, garlic, and celery in a bowl. Mix lemon juice, oil, mustard, horseradish, salt, and sugar.
Dress the salad. Put nuts and dill on top.
