However, in most cases it seems unclear how to prepare a delicious treat.
Chef Yulia Arkhipova , a culinary expert for the online publication BelNovosti, shared a proven recipe.
- eight medium-sized potatoes;
- a large spoon of medium-fat sour cream;
- two onions (medium);
- salt and spices if desired;
- oil (as much as needed).
First, peel and wash the potatoes, grate them and remove excess water if necessary. Then do the same with the onion and mix.
Add sour cream and salt to the mixture and bring to a maximally homogeneous state.
After that, we immediately start frying in vegetable oil so that the potato pancakes don’t darken.
