In most cases, this type of dessert is too harmful and high in calories. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to the recipe for tasty and healthy cookies, says chef Yulia Arkhipova , an expert on culinary issues of the online publication "BelNovosti".
- half a glass of cereal;
- three chicken eggs;
- 50 grams of any dried fruits;

- half a small spoon of baking powder;
- a little ground cinnamon.
It is recommended to bring part of the flakes (half) to the state of flour, and leave the other part in its original form. Baking powder is added to the crushed flakes and they try to mix until smooth.

Before cooking, try to soak and dry dried fruits. Nuts should be chopped to a comfortable size.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add dried fruits and nuts. Combine the crushed oatmeal with baking powder, whole oatmeal and cinnamon, and mix. All that remains is to combine the contents of both containers and mix thoroughly.
Cover the baking tray with a layer of parchment, apply butter and lay out the cookies. Cook the dessert for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
