The top variations are those with mayonnaise, kefir, ketchup or vinegar.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a marinade with vodka and eggs.
1. Peel the onion and cut into large rings.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat with a mixer or whisk.
3. Then pour vodka into the prepared mixture and continue whisking for another 30 seconds.
4. Place the chopped meat in a separate bowl, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika and other spices to taste.
5. Mix the meat with the spices thoroughly, then add the onion rings and pour the marinade over everything.
Leave the meat under the lid in the refrigerator for 12 hours, after which you can cook it.
