How to make yeast pancakes

Pour two glasses of milk into a deep bowl. The drink should be warm.

In the same container you need to pour a couple of tablespoons of granulated sugar and a packet of dry yeast.

Next, add four cups of sifted flour. Do not rush: the product should be poured in gradually.

The next step is to mix the contents of the bowl, cover the bowl with a towel and leave it “alone” for half an hour.

When the time is up, you will need to pour the egg mixture into the dough. The latter is very easy to prepare: you need to break two or three raw eggs into a container, salt them, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and beat the contents thoroughly with a whisk.

The mixed dough should be left for another 20 minutes.

After this, you can start frying the pancakes. The dish will turn out ruddy, incredibly fluffy and tender.
