This drink will perfectly satisfy your hunger, saturate your body with nutrients and help you lose weight quickly. You will need to take one medium-sized carrot, peel it, wash it, grate it and put it in a blender bowl.

After washing and chopping two celery stalks, add them to the carrots in a blender. Using a blender, grind until smooth.

Then pour in about one glass of juice and run the blender again. A wonderful healthy smoothie is ready.

Apple with celery

As you may have noticed, celery is a very popular smoothie ingredient. For this recipe, take an apple, peel and core it, and put it in a blender in chunks.
