In fact, it's all about desire and the recipe that is used. Therefore, it is worth figuring out how to make a delicious pie without even kneading the dough for it.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to do the right thing.

What is needed for cooking

Before we start creating, we need to make sure we have all the necessary ingredients. For this pie we will need:

• 2 cups flour;
• 1 cup sugar;
• 1 cup of milk;
• 1 egg;
• 1/2 cup butter;
• 2 teaspoons baking powder.

How to mix ingredients

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Then add fresh milk, egg and butter. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a homogeneous mass.

Feel free to choose your favorite fruits, berries or chocolate pieces. At this stage, you can experiment, but in any case, you should be rational and never rush.

While the oven is heating up to 180 degrees Celsius, pour half of the dough into the baking dish, then carefully spread the filling on top. Finally, pour in the remaining dough, distributing it evenly.

How long to cook

The baking time is about 40 minutes, but here a lot also depends on the volume. When the top becomes golden, you can think about taking the pie out.

Immediately after this, it should be covered with a towel so that it “rises” and becomes truly delicious. You can eat such a pie in about 20 minutes after cooking.
