1. Peel the potatoes, cook until done, mash, but not into a liquid puree and not with a blender.
2. Add flour, egg, salt and spices to taste and mix.
3. Form small balls from the resulting homogeneous mass and coat in breadcrumbs.
4. Place them on a cutting board and put them in the freezer for 3 hours.
5. When ready, heat vegetable oil in a suitable deep container and fry the potato balls for one minute.
