A mixture of mushrooms and potatoes is a versatile side dish that can also be served as a separate treat.
This dish turns out aromatic, tasty and very filling.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, told us how to deliciously cook potatoes with mushrooms in the oven.
For 600 g of potatoes you need to prepare:
Vegetables need to be washed and peeled.
Then they need to be cut into thin circles, and the mushrooms also need to be cut into several pieces.
First, lightly fry the onion in a frying pan, and then add the mushrooms. Keep everything together on the fire for no more than five minutes.
Combine the potato wedges, mushrooms and onions, as well as spices and sour cream in a deep bowl, mix and place in a baking dish, which must first be greased with oil.
The dish needs to be baked for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
The oven should be preheated. If you want the side dish to be even more appetizing, then before serving it should be garnished with chopped herbs.
