- eight pieces of white bread or loaf;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- fresh dill (medium bunch);
- a little oil.
You will need to heat up the frying pan and pour in a small amount of oil. Then carefully fry the bread or loaf. As soon as a crust appears, you can stop the heat treatment.
Take the garlic and make a cut. Rub it on the fried bread.
Chop the remaining garlic with a knife. Chop the washed dill as well. Combine the above ingredients with the cottage cheese and achieve a homogeneous mass.
