The so-called classic crab salad recipe can safely be considered a masterpiece of home cooking.
If you prepare it correctly and select high-quality ingredients, absolutely everyone will be delighted.
That is why the culinary expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, advises to spoil family members with such a wonderful treat from time to time.
- a large pack of good quality chilled crab sticks;
- about 100 grams of boiled rice (you can add more if desired);
- three chicken eggs;
- one large cucumber;
- a can of corn;
- two spoons of sour cream and mayonnaise;
- salt.
Rice and eggs should be boiled in advance until fully cooked, so as not to waste time on this. Then we put the rice in a salad bowl. Then we chop the eggs with a knife finely and put them there too.
Cut cucumbers and crab sticks into neat cubes and add to the other ingredients. Drain corn and add to the dish.
Salt and season as needed. Before serving, use mayonnaise and sour cream.
