You will need four large eggs, 30 ml of milk, 2 tbsp of butter, 100 g of feta cheese and green onions.
Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with a whisk until smooth, add the feta cheese grated on a medium grater, pour in the milk, and mix well.
Heat butter in a frying pan, pour in the omelette mixture, cover with a lid.
