But in this case, it is important to prepare an excellent base that will be tender, soft and very appetizing.

Yulia Arkhipova , an expert on culinary issues for the online publication BelNovosti, shared a simple recipe for making thin pancakes with whey.

Ingredients

To prepare 4-5 servings you need to prepare:

  • whey - 650 ml;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • flour - 350 g;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

If you want sweeter pancakes, you should add about 20 g of sugar to the dough.

Cooking process

First, 250 ml of whey should be combined with sugar and salt. Then add flour. The mass should be thoroughly mixed.

It is advisable to heat the remaining whey until it boils, and then add soda to it.

As soon as the foam rises, you need to add the dough and beat everything with a whisk.

Lastly, you should pour in the oil. Then you can start frying.

Pancakes must be baked in a preheated frying pan with oil.
