How to Make Rice Pumpkin Porridge

List of products to prepare

- about 300 grams of fresh pumpkin;
- a glass of rice;
- 500 ml of water;
- about a glass of whole milk;
- sugar at your discretion (up to 100 grams);
- about 50 grams of butter;
- a little lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanillin.

Method of preparation

After washing the rice, we cook it in the classic way. We put the cereal in a saucepan of a suitable volume, pour in water and bring it to readiness.

The pumpkin is cut into cubes, just like the butter.

We process the parchment with a small amount of vegetable fat, send the pumpkin pieces with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and send it to the oven for half an hour. The temperature should be about 190 degrees.

After the rice is almost ready, pour in the milk, add spices. Bring to full readiness.

When serving, add pumpkin with butter to the boiled cereal.
