The secret is simple: the ideal combination of ingredients and an original recipe, says chef Yulia Arkhipova , an expert on culinary issues for the online publication BelNovosti.
- 2 pieces of chicken fillet;
- one onion and one carrot;
- 2 medium-sized chicken eggs;
- two spoons of semolina;
- bay leaf, peppercorns, salt, herbs and paprika powder;
- 30 grams of grated cheese.
First, you need to boil the broth. To do this, cook the fillet with a whole carrot and onion over low heat. Peel the vegetables beforehand.
We also add some of the spices to the broth - bay leaf and pepper.
Afterwards, the soup base needs to be strained. Remove the vegetables and spices, and set the fillet aside.
Then bring the broth to a boil again and carefully add the semolina. Next, bring the chicken eggs to a uniform consistency.
Add them to the soup and stir vigorously.
All that remains is to add grated cheese, paprika, salt and herbs. It is also worth returning the chicken - just chop the fillet pieces. The spectacular Italian soup is ready to serve.
