Sometimes even supporters of healthy eating can’t pass by chicken cutlets: this dish seems healthy compared to many others.
But the taste of chicken cutlets is almost always incomparable.
Therefore, the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" on culinary issues, chef Yulia Arkhipova, suggests combining minced chicken with oatmeal to achieve the best possible effect.
- half a kilo of minced chicken;
- no more than 50 grams of "Hercules" (flakes);
- onion;
- a few spoons of milk;
- salt to your liking;
- a small spoon of dried basil.
The first thing we recommend is to prepare the flakes. We pour milk over them and wait for about half an hour. In the meantime, the onion should be passed through a blender.
Add the minced meat into a bowl, add dried basil, salt, add the onion puree, and mix. Then add the flakes themselves and mix again.
If desired, you can add other spices (paprika, curry, turmeric, granulated garlic) and fresh herbs.
It is advisable to beat the mince and start forming the cutlets. Take a baking tray and cover it with foil. Add a little oil.
The cutlets are cooked for half an hour at 190 degrees in the oven.
