We are talking about a fairly famous version of Idaho potatoes, noted chef Yulia Arkhipova , an expert on culinary issues for the online publication BelNovosti.
- a kilogram of potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of refined oil;
- a small spoon of paprika and salt;
- a spoon of ketchup and mustard;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- some fresh herbs.
In this version of cooking potatoes, you can peel them or cook them with the skin on. In the second case, do not forget to wash them thoroughly.

In a separate container, combine mustard and ketchup. Add salt, spices, garlic (pre-chopped with a knife), chopped fresh herbs.
Add vegetable oil and stir.
Cook the potatoes for three minutes in hot water. Then dry them and pour the prepared mixture over them. Cover the baking tray with a sheet of parchment and lay out the potatoes.
The dish is cooked for half an hour at 200 degrees in the oven.
