How to cook a delicious dish of mushrooms and minced meat

List of products

- 400-500 grams of minced meat;
- 200-300 grams of mushrooms (preferably champignons);
- medium onion;
- salt, spices and oil for frying.

Method of preparation

First, you need to chop the onion and clean the champignons. Then cut them into slices. You can also take other mushrooms. If we are talking about a forest product, it needs to be pre-cooked.

Then fry the onion in a frying pan with oil until soft.

Next we add the mushrooms. Fry them for five minutes. Now it's the mince's turn. After adding it, add salt and spices.

Set the heat to medium.

Mix and wait for 15 minutes. A wonderful and filling dish is ready.
