A new trend is gaining popularity on social media – people are showing how to make ice cream from snow.
It all started with a viral video posted by actress Reese Witherspoon.
She showed how to make "snow-salted coffee." In the video, she scoops up a handful of snow, adds salted caramel and chocolate syrup, and pours in cold coffee.
As you can see, there is nothing complicated – the followers of the Hollywood star began to come up with their own recipes, adding condensed milk, dyes and other ingredients to the “snow ice cream”.
However, doctors do not recommend eating this dessert, and they have several reasons for this.
Firstly, doctors remind us that even snow-white snow, which visually seems clean, in fact only appears that way – this can be easily proven by melting a handful of snowflakes. The resulting water will be cloudy.
And all because harmful chemical compounds and heavy metals settle on the ground along with the snow.
And you can also find viruses, bacteria and even parasite eggs in a snowdrift. Perhaps, there is no need to tell what will happen after eating such a dessert.
