To make pancakes from semolina porridge, first sift the flour. Then prepare a saucepan and a frying pan for frying the pancakes.
Pour milk into a saucepan and place it on low heat. Wait until the milk boils. Once the milk boils, add semolina and reduce heat. Stir and cook the porridge for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the semolina porridge from the heat and add butter. Mix well and cool.
In a large bowl, combine flour, cooled semolina, sugar and salt. Mix until smooth, then add egg yolks at the end.
Now you can start frying the pancakes. Heat the frying pan and grease it with oil before the first pancake. Pour the batter in a thin layer and fry the pancakes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
