Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, told us how to prepare a salad in a frying pan.

First, you need to thoroughly wash and peel 3 potatoes, 2 carrots and 3 beets, and then cut them into small cubes.

Then pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan and throw in the beets, gently mixing them with the oil and distributing them evenly over the bottom of the pan.

After that, put a layer of carrots on top, then a layer of potatoes. It is important to remember that these layers do not need to be mixed.

Now add 6 tablespoons of clean water and cover the container with a lid.

As soon as the first drops appear on the lid, time it for 4 minutes and remove the pan from the stove. Set it aside to cool completely without opening the lid.

At this time, cut 6 pickled cucumbers and an onion into the same cubes as the other vegetables.

Open a 150-gram can of green peas and drain the liquid. When the vegetables in the pan have cooled completely, mix all the ingredients and you can assemble the salad.

All that's left to do is add oil and salt to taste and that's it – the vinaigrette is ready.
