If you want to get delicious lacy pancakes that won’t tear during frying, you should add boiling water to the dough.

In this case, the workpiece will be more elastic and will not stick to the pan.

An excellent recipe was shared by the culinary expert of the online publication Belnovosti , Yulia Arkhipova .

What ingredients are needed?

  • flour, 130 g,
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • boiling water - 200 ml;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.

How to make dough

First, beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Then add butter and sifted flour to the mixture. Mix the dough thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Then you need to pour in the milk. Lastly, you need to add boiling water. This should be done gradually and in a thin stream.
