Chebureki are a popular option for a quick and tasty snack.

Despite the prevalence of this semi-finished product, not all housewives know how to properly, that is, safely, without splashes, fry frozen chebureki. This omission was decided to be corrected by the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" chef Yulia Arkhipova .

The first thing a cook who is preparing frozen chebureki will need to do is defrost them a little.

Remember that you only need to defrost the amount of chebureki that you plan to cook to avoid re-freezing.

The second condition for successful frying is the presence of sufficient oil. The frozen cheburek should be immersed in oil more than halfway.

Fry frozen dough and minced meat products over a heat slightly above medium intensity for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.

And finally, the last tip - to avoid oil splashing while frying, you can cover the pan with a colander.

Since it is not recommended to use a lid while frying chebureki, you will not break this rule, but, nevertheless, you will protect yourself from splashes.

Earlier we shared a recipe for a salad that is similar to Olivier, only tastier.
