- two large onions;
- 200 ml kefir;
- one egg;
- about one hundred grams of crackers;
- about one hundred grams of regular flour;
- a small spoon of salt and hot pepper;
- vegetable oil.
The onion should be chopped into rings less than a centimeter thick. The optimal thickness should be seven millimeters.
Mix the chicken egg with kefir.
It is better to take regular crackers, without any additional additives. Using a rolling pin, we bring them to the state of crumbs. Mix them with salt, hot pepper and flour.
Heat up a deep-frying container. Pour in the oil. There should be a lot of it - the layer should be ten centimeters thick.
First, pour the kefir mixture over the rings, then put them in a container with flour and spices. Deep-fry the rings for no more than two minutes.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel and serve.
