1. Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper to the mixture, add garlic and onion.
2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Pour room temperature milk into the egg mixture and stir.
4. Sift the flour and mix the mixture until all lumps are completely dissolved.
5. Grease any suitable baking dish with oil, pour the prepared mixture and place the omelette in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
