According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , the dressing itself is very simple, but it can transform the taste of the salad beyond recognition.

To prepare the salad you will need the following ingredients:

  • cucumber – 1 piece;
  • cherry tomatoes – 10 pieces;
  • bell pepper – 1 piece;
  • red onion – ½ piece (optional);
  • olives – 10 pieces;
  • feta sirtaki cheese – 100-150 grams;
  • lettuce leaves (optional).

Now let's move on to preparing the dressing. For this, you will need the following ingredients:

  • olive oil – 4 tablespoons;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • oregano – ½ teaspoon;
  • black pepper – ½ teaspoon;
  • lemon juice – 1 tablespoon;
  • garlic – 1 clove.

First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces. Olives can be cut in half, and feta cheese can be cut into cubes or crumbled.

Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Now let's get started preparing the dressing.

In a bowl, mix oil (you can use sunflower oil), salt, oregano and pepper. Add lemon juice and a clove of grated garlic.

Let's start assembling the salad. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate and pile the chopped vegetables. Place the olives on top. To make them shine beautifully, you can grease them with vegetable oil beforehand. And finally, lay out the cheese cubes.

There is no need to stir the salad.
