However, you can always make the snack at home. With the right approach, the dish will be healthy and tasty. There are many recipes for potato chips that you can make yourself. But not everyone knows that you can use another product as the main ingredient.
- three medium-sized beets;
- a liter of water;
- two spoons of ground cinnamon and sea salt;
- three spoons of salt;
- other spices as desired.
The most difficult task is to cut fresh beets into thin slices of approximately the same size and thickness, says Yulia Arkhipova, an expert on culinary issues at the online publication BelNovosti.
Once you have completed the task, you will need to dilute all the selected spices, salt and sugar in a liter of water.
