After this, the slices need to be dried using a paper towel.
The greens should be chopped and the garlic should be pressed. It is advisable to cut the onion into thin half rings.
All these ingredients need to be mixed, peppered and salted.
Then the puff pastry needs to be divided into two parts and rolled out.
The larger layer of dough should be placed in a baking dish, and the filling should be placed on top.
Then the workpiece needs to be covered with a second layer of dough.
The yolk needs to be beaten with water, and then the dough needs to be brushed with it.
The first 25 minutes the pie should be baked at 200 degrees.
The dish should be kept at 180 degrees for another 10-15 minutes.
