You need to pour warm water into a basin or deep bowl, and then dissolve 4-5 tablespoons of salt in it.

Then you can put the frozen product into this solution.

As a result, the salt will remove the icy crust from the meat and the defrosting process will go much faster.

In addition, you can use granulated sugar.

To do this, you need to heat one and a half liters of water to 40 degrees, and then dissolve 3 tablespoons of sugar in the liquid.

You need to leave the meat in this solution for 10 minutes. Sugar will not only speed up the defrosting process, but also enhance the taste of the product.
