You will need:

  • fish fillet (pollock or similar) - 600 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • milk - 160 ml;
  • loaf - 3 slices;
  • onions - 1-2 pcs.;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • butter.

How to cook

1. Cut the fish into pieces, the onion into cubes, and soak the loaf in milk for 5-10 minutes.

2. When the bread is ready, squeeze it out and put all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add an egg and melted butter (a couple of spoons), as well as salt and pepper.

3. Beat with a blender and distribute the finished mixture into molds (you can use muffin tins), coating them with oil.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the soufflé for 20 minutes.
