Cooking fish pancakes in a frying pan: a delicious dish that can be served very quickly

This dish is suitable not only for a regular lunch, but even for a festive table.

The cooking process is very simple.

Ingredients

For 500 g of fish fillet you should take:

  • potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • sifted flour - 4 tbsp;
  • sea salt, ground black pepper – to taste;
  • olive oil;
  • mayonnaise - 200 ml;
  • chopped and aromatic herbs - 2-3 tbsp.

How to Make Fish Fritters at Home

First, the fish should be cut into small pieces.

Then you need to grate the potatoes, squeeze them lightly and add them to the chopped fillet.

Afterwards, you need to mix spices and flour into the mixture.

Once the dough is mixed, you need to make pancakes out of it.

This amount of fish should make 9-11 pancakes.

The preparation should be cooled a little in the refrigerator, and only then fried in a preheated frying pan with oil. On each side, the pancakes should be kept on the fire for 2-3 minutes.

It is best to serve pancakes with a sauce made from mayonnaise and fresh herbs.
