Ingredients

For 250 g of cottage cheese you need to take:

  • Instant oatmeal, 6 tbsp.,
  • Salt, 1 pinch,
  • Flour, 100 g.

If you want to add sweetness to the dumplings, you need to add sugar. For this amount of products, just one tablespoon of this loose ingredient is enough.

How to cook lazy dumplings with oatmeal

First, you need to mash the cottage cheese with a fork.

Then you should add salt, sugar and egg to it.

The mass needs to be mixed.

Afterwards, you need to mix the crushed oatmeal into the dough.

It is advisable to let the dough sit for about 5-10 minutes.
