The popular chicken salad with pineapples will be tastier if you remove the pineapples from it. As a result, the dish will be tastier and healthier.

Products:

  • chicken fillet - 250 g;
  • apple (sour) - 1 pc.;
  • fresh herbs - 200 g;
  • celery - 2 stalks;
  • natural yogurt - 150 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
  • spices and herbs to taste;
  • bread.

How to cook

1. Cut the chicken meat, season with sauce, spices, fry the marinated chicken in vegetable oil.

2. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes, then add a little vegetable oil and a little garlic.

3. Press one clove of garlic, mix with yogurt, add a little salt to taste, and stir.

4. Chop the celery, apple, chop the herbs, mix the ingredients and pour over the yogurt dressing.
