1. You can do it in different ways. For example, squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits and pour it into the teapot.
You can cut the fruit into round slices along with the zest and add them to the cup to taste.
2. The ginger root needs to be peeled and grated on a fine grater. You can also put it through a meat grinder.
3. Grind the cloves in a mortar or use them whole – whichever you prefer.
4. Place all ingredients in a teapot or cup and pour boiling water over everything.
To ensure that honey does not lose its beneficial properties, add it after the water has cooled down a little.
Grated ginger is added to taste. In large doses, it can make the tea hot, but even more warming.
