If you want the dessert to be sweeter, then for the same amount of cottage cheese you need to prepare another 150-200 g of sugar.

How to make a delicious cottage cheese casserole

The whites should be separated from the yolks. The latter should be beaten with sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream and starch in a blender.

A pinch of salt should be added to the whites, and then they should be turned into a fluffy mass.

Then both pieces should be connected.

The casserole should be baked for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees. The oven should be preheated, and it is important to grease the baking dish with a piece of butter.
