Ordinary buckwheat will turn into a real culinary masterpiece if you add certain ingredients during cooking.
We'll tell you a recipe for delicious buckwheat with tuna, onions and pickles.
Rinse one and a half glasses of buckwheat groats and dry them a little.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a saucepan (a teaspoon is enough), pour in the cereal, and fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in 2 cups of boiling water, add salt to taste, reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes.
While the buckwheat is cooking, fry the onion (1 pc.) in a saucepan. Then transfer the buckwheat to the saucepan, add diced pickles (2 pcs.) and a can of canned tuna (in oil).
Stir, heat for a couple of minutes, cover with a lid, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 minutes. The dish is ready.
