What to Make from Leftover Meat and Vegetable Plates: Don't Rush to Throw Out Food

After a holiday feast, there may be several practical dishes left over, including a cold cuts or vegetable platter.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, we suggest that you do not throw the products in the trash, but use them to make pizza - even “unclaimed” pieces of cheese can be useful for it.

All that's left to do is prepare the dough, and consider the dish ready.

Sift 1.5 cups of flour into a deep container, add 0.5 teaspoon of dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt, then mix and pour in 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 180 ml of water.

After this, knead the dough, roll it into a ball and let it rest in a warm place for about an hour and a half, after covering it with cling film.

In the meantime, you can prepare the filling – you will need chopped peppers and tomatoes that were not eaten, as well as sausage, ham and other meat products.

The cheese can be cut into small pieces or grated.

When the dough has doubled in size, roll it out into a thin layer, place it on a baking sheet, grease it with tomato paste, and place the filling on top, sprinkling the whole thing with cheese.

The pizza is cooked in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Previously, we talked about products that are absolutely forbidden to eat with eggs.
