Many people with a sweet tooth simply adore apple jam.
However, not all gourmets know that dessert can be even more appetizing.
There is a secret ingredient that helps bring out the flavor of the jam.
The bright aroma, oddly enough, will appear thanks to one sour additive, distinguished by a slight bitterness.
The secret to incredibly delicious apple jam is using cranberries.
You will need about 100 grams of this berry.
First, you need to take half a kilo of apples. You don't need to peel the fruit. But you do need to remove the part of the fruit that contains the seeds.
The apples need to be cut into small cubes. The resulting fruit mass should be sent to a saucepan and covered with 250 grams of granulated sugar. After 30 minutes, you can start cooking.
Half an hour after the start of heat treatment of the fruit, add the cranberry mass to the container (to prepare it, simply chop the berries in a food processor).
In five minutes the delicious jam will be ready.
