The process of making homemade muffins is quite simple.

First, you need to preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and grease the dough molds with oil. Then you can start kneading the dough.
First of all, you need to mix the eggs with sugar. Then you can add butter and kefir to the homogeneous mass. If desired, you should mix in vanilla sugar.
In another container, mix the sifted flour with baking powder, soda, cocoa and a pinch of salt.
Afterwards, both masses need to be combined. If you want to get a richer chocolate flavor, then you should mix in chocolate pieces.
Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes.
