Pumpkin as a treat has not yet faded into the background. Not everyone can give in to the persuasion of nutritionists and start cooking pumpkin every day or eating it raw.
Nevertheless, a healthy vegetable should be present in the diet. And here is one of the reasons to include baked pumpkin – with parmesan – in the next family menu.
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the fibers and seeds, cut the pulp into medium strips and mix it with starch.
2. Prepare a mixture of spices to taste, add salt.
3. Mix the pumpkin with spices, coat the baking dish with vegetable oil and place the mixture in it.
4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake the pumpkin for 20 minutes.
5. Then take it out, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and grated cheese.
Place in the oven for a short time to melt the cheese and serve. Enjoy!
