Minced meat dishes are few and far between and most do not cause delight when served at a festive table. The only exception is the Kiev cutlet.
Cutlets, patties and cabbage rolls have long been assigned a place in everyday dishes. Here is a good option for a dish made from minced meat - juicy and aromatic sausages.
1. Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic by putting it through a press.
2. Mix the two types of minced meat and add chopped vegetables, soda, starch, butter, spices, herbs and salt.
3. Mix the minced meat thoroughly, beat and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
4. Then form the sausages, place them in a baking dish, preheat the oven to 220 degrees and cook the sausages for 20 minutes.
