Chicken broth, as is known, is recommended for consumption by those recovering from colds and other illnesses.
Chicken soup is no worse in this regard, and there is nothing better to warm up during lunch in winter. The main thing is to cook it correctly.
1. Peel, chop the onion and fry it over medium heat for 3 minutes.
2. Chop celery, carrots and fry together with onion for 5 minutes.
3. Then add crushed garlic, after 30 seconds bay leaf, turmeric and aromatic herbs to taste.
4. Boil the chicken and add the fried mixture to the broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
5. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente.
Take the chicken apart, add it to the soup, turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy!
