There is not much time left until the New Year, it’s time to think about what to cook for the New Year’s table.
We'll tell you about three original New Year's dishes made from simple ingredients.
You will need the following ingredients: delicious bread, 240 grams of herring fillet, blue onion (one onion), cream cheese, two eggs, two beets and microgreens for decoration.
Boil the beets and eggs, cut the bread into slices and brown in a dry frying pan.
Spread the slices with cream cheese. Finely chop the herring, mix with chopped onion.
Cut boiled beetroot into circles and place on bread. Put a teaspoon of herring and onion on top, decorate with microgreens, sprinkle with grated egg.
You will need Granny Smith apples (two pieces), a tablespoon of lemon juice, sweet pepper (one piece), lightly salted red fish (200-300 grams), a tablespoon of sesame seeds, a tablespoon of soy sauce and olive oil.
Cut the red fish into cubes, add olive oil, sesame and soy sauce, mix.
We also cut the apples into cubes and add lemon juice to them so that they don’t darken.
Mix apples with fish, add diced sweet pepper. You can decorate with herbs.
You will need boiled eggs (two pieces), 70 grams of lightly salted red fish, lavash, 150 grams of cream cheese and fresh cucumber (100 grams).
Spread the lavash with cheese. Cut the cucumber into strips and place it on one edge.
Next, put in the grated eggs, and lastly, the fish. Roll the lavash tightly into a roll, cut into small portions.
