We will tell you about one interesting way of cooking meat in the oven. It should be marinated beforehand, and after it is ready, it should be divided into fibers and served.
The recipe is called pulled veal. Here's how to cook it.
1. Peel the onion and cut into rings, then place it in a baking tray or baking dish.
2. Marinate the meat in crushed garlic mixed with tomato paste, spices and salt.
3. When the meat is ready, place it on top of the onion.
4. Next, pour in a glass of water, cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 3 hours.
As you cook, make sure there is some water left in the pan.
The finished veal is divided into fibers and served with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
