medium beetroot - 3 pcs.;
cucumbers (pickled or marinated) - 2 pcs.;
cheese (hard) - 100 g;
garlic - 1-2 cloves;
peas (canned) - 100 g;
mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 3 tbsp.
1. Boil or bake the beets in foil in the oven, peel and cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. If necessary, place them in a colander to drain off excess liquid.
3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, drain the marinade from the canned peas.
4. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add garlic crushed with a press, mayonnaise (or sour cream), stir and serve.
