How to cook rice porridge

For one glass of rice you should prepare:

  • water - 2 glasses;
  • milk - 0.5 cups;
  • sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

Before cooking, rice should be rinsed several times.

In a saucepan you need to boil water with salt and sugar, and then you can pour the grains in there.

The porridge will be more interesting and tasty if you add apples. It is advisable to put the pieces in the pan at the same time.

Cook the dish over moderate heat and under a lid for about 15 minutes.

Then you can pour in the milk. After that, keep the rice on the fire for about 5 minutes.

Before serving, decorate the plate with pieces of fresh apples and cinnamon.
