To make fish cutlets, you need to make minced fish. To do this, you need to clean the fish, gut it, and remove the bones.
Then you can start preparing the mince. But there is a faster way - from canned fish.
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
2. Mash the canned fish with a fork directly together with the butter.
3. Mix grated potatoes with canned fish.
4. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
5. Add onion to the future mince, as well as semolina and egg yolk, and mix the mixture thoroughly.
6. Form cutlets, bread in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat.
