Perhaps, no feast is complete without julienne. A hearty and very tasty snack leaves few people indifferent.
Here is a simple and quick recipe for julienne. It is prepared almost like the classic one, but only in a frying pan.
1. Boil the chicken fillet, once it cools down, chop it finely.
2. Peel the champignons, cut them and fry them in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
3. Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper, fry the onion until done and add the meat. Cook for a couple of minutes and remove from the stove.
4. Separately fry the flour until golden brown, pour in the cream, stir until smooth, add salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
5. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and meat, sprinkle with grated cheese, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
When the mass becomes thick and the cheese melts, the julienne is ready. Serve in individual portions.
