Salt

Few people know that regular salt will help you achieve excellent results when baking beets. The vegetable turns out sweet and juicy.

To do this, place a two-centimeter layer of salt in a baking dish and then add the beets.

Water

Pastry chefs are mostly aware of the fact that a container with water is sent to the oven. This allows the baked goods to be tasty and of high quality.

But this same technique helps improve the quality of beets. In this case, the vegetable will never turn out too dry.

Temperature

Not everyone knows that small beets require a higher temperature regime. Therefore, for miniature vegetables, we boldly set 180 degrees.

For medium-sized beets, 160 degrees will be enough. But large beets should be cooked at 140 degrees.
